Core Responsibilities
Ensure the quality of shipments for our users and the added value of the team you lead. Identify improvement opportunities in the process to enhance the experience for sellers and buyers on our platform. Consolidate a highly efficient team with the highest safety standards and an excellent work environment within the Storage and Distribution Center.
Requirements
2 years of experience in similar positions. Proven experience in leading teams of 20-30 people. Solid knowledge in Shipping, Picking, and experience in production planning. Proficient in Office at a user-intermediate level. Availability to work on weekends in the afternoon shift.
