Core Responsibilities

Lead, support, and develop sales representative teams in the regions of Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, and Atacama, ensuring the achievement of hunting and farming objectives. Coordinate and conduct frequent trips to the regions to visit teams, clients, and strategic partners, strengthening valuable relationships. Monitor monthly acquisition, billing, and profitability objectives, proposing actions to achieve expected results. Actively seek new medium and large clients for Mercado Pago, staying updated on products and services to efficiently advise and retain clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. 4 years of experience leading sales teams.



Knowledge of data analysis tools and presentation of results, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
