Diseñar y configurar procesos de la cadena de suministro en Oracle SCM Cloud, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades operativas del cliente.
Participar en proyectos de implementación, optimización y soporte de soluciones Oracle SCM Cloud.
Interactuar directamente con lÃderes operativos, Ãreas de logÃstica, abastecimiento y distribución para levantar y traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones funcionales.
Brindar soporte funcional avanzado, garantizando la continuidad operativa y el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos implementados.
Asegurar la calidad de las soluciones mediante pruebas funcionales y validaciones con usuarios clave.
Requirements
Experiencia en implementación, configuración y soporte funcional de Oracle SCM Cloud.
Experiencia en procesos de Cadena de Suministro (Supply Chain), Procurement, Inventarios, LogÃstica y Distribución.
Experiencia en resolución de incidentes funcionales de Nivel 2.
