Consultor Funcional Senior - HCM

Objetivo del Cargo:



Liderar estratégicamente la solución global de Capital Humano y el procesamiento normativo de nómina.

Responsabilidades en Implementación: Diseñar la arquitectura funcional de todo el pilar de HCM. Traducir los requerimientos de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos (CHRO) en procesos lógicos del sistema, liderando configuraciones críticas como el motor de Nómina (Payroll) de alta complejidad y el cumplimiento de leyes laborales locales.

Uso Diario y Operación: Actuar como consultor estratégico para la mejora continua del talento, impulsando la adopción de nuevas funcionalidades automÃticas y analíticas de la plataforma.

Pruebas y QA: Supervisar de forma integral el proceso de control de calidad (QA) de HCM, asegurando que escenarios de alta criticidad (como el cÃlculo masivo de la nómina mensualizado o aguinaldos anuales) estén completamente certificados.
