Responsabilidades Clave

· Liderar técnicamente al equipo y definir arquitectura, patrones y estÃndares.

· Desarrollar componentes críticos y resolver desafíos técnicos complejos.

· Actuar como focal point técnico frente a stakeholders del cliente.

· Reportar avances, riesgos y coordinar con PM, CTO y CoE AI.

· Contribuir a la formación interna, mejores prÃcticas y pre-venta técnica.

· Participar en discovery y diseño de soluciones de IA generativa

Requirements

Requerimientos:

Obligatorias

· Python backend (3+ años)

· Java Spring Boot (3+ años)

· APIs REST y arquitecturas distribuidas (3+ años)

· Angular 2+ (3+ años)

· PostgreSQL en producción (3+ años)

· Prompt Engineering aplicado

· Experiencia en RA
