Consultor Funcional Junior - HCM
Objetivo del Cargo:
Asistir en la parametrización de las estructuras bÃsicas de recursos humanos y carga de datos de personal.
Responsabilidades en Implementación: Ayudar en la recopilación de datos de la estructura organizacional (puestos, Ãreas, jerarquÃas) y configurar reglas bÃsicas de ausencias o vacaciones bajo supervisión en el Sandbox.
Uso Diario y Operación: Atender tickets de soporte de usuarios finales (Nivel 1); procesar cargas masivas de datos maestros de empleados contratados utilizando la herramienta nativa HCM Data Loader (HDL).
Pruebas y QA: Ejecutar scripts de pruebas funcionales para validar que los flujos de autogestión de empleados (Employee Self-Service) funcionen adecuadamente en el ambiente de pruebas.

Formación
IngenierÃa en Recursos Humanos, IngenierÃa Comercial, IngenierÃa en InformÃtica, Administración de Empresas o carrera afÃn.
