Consultor Funcional Mid - HCM
Objetivo del Cargo:
Configurar módulos core y avanzados de gestión del talento e interactuar de forma directa con los lÃderes de RR.HH..
Responsabilidades en Implementación: Liderar talleres de procesos de negocio con los usuarios clave del cliente (Key Users). Diseñar y configurar de inicio a fin módulos especializados como Core HR, Recruitment, Evaluación de Desempeño o Compensaciones, parametrizando perfiles de seguridad y flujos de aprobación avanzados.
Uso Diario y Operación: Solucionar incidentes complejos Nivel 2; analizar el impacto normativo y operativo de las actualizaciones trimestrales obligatorias de Oracle en el módulo de HCM.
Pruebas y QA: Desarrollar escenarios y planes de prueba funcionales para flujos transversales de recursos humanos y coordinar las sesiones de UAT con el equipo del cliente.
