Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Validation Specialist with 13 years of experience to support validation and qualification activities in a regulated environment. This role is idóneo for a detail oriented professional looking to grow their career in validation with hands on involvement in testing documentation and field execution under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of validation and qualification protocols IQ OQ PQ
- Assist with testing activities data collection and data logging
- Perform field verification of systems and equipment under supervision
- Assist in the preparation and review of validation documentation including protocols and reports
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP and company procedures
- Support deviation investigations CAPAs and documentation updates as needed
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering Quality and Operations

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or related field




- 13 years of experience in validation CQV or related technical role in a regulated industry pharma biotech or medical devices
- Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with validation lifecycle concepts IQOQPQ
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Preferred Exposure to utilities equipment qualification or manufacturing processes
- Internship or hands on experience in validation or quality environments
- Experience with documentation practices in regulated industries
