Karat is seeking an Interview Engineer to facilitate technical interviews for software developers worldwide. As part of our contractor/freelancer community, you will administer interviews through Karat's platform, assess candidate coding skills, and help ensure a fair, bias-reduced evaluation.
The role requires 3+ years as a software developer or engineer, excellent English communication, and reliable access to a webcam and internet.
