Graduate Development Program
We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join FLS as Graduate Development Associate.
This two-year rotational program is designed to accelerate your professional growth through meaningful assignments, customer-facing experiences, technical development, and exposure to different business functions. Participants will build the skills, knowledge, and business acumen needed to become future technical and business leaders within FLS.
About the role
The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a general two-year rotational program designed to develop a strong pipeline of talent for business-impacting roles across FLS. Through structured rotations, formal learning, and hands‑on project work, participants gain deep exposure to our products, customers, and operations. During the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learn from industry experts, and contribute to projects that directly support business objectives.

- Participate in a structured two-year rotational development program across multiple business functions.
- Complete rotational assignments that provide exposure to customer‑facing, technical, operational, and commercial activities.
- Work on meaningful projects that contribute to business goals and deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals, technical experts, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Support engineering, product management, customer delivery, field services, project management, sales, sourcing, or supply chain activities depending on assigned rotations.
- Build technical knowledge of FLS products, systems, processes, and customer applications.
- Participate in site visits, customer meetings, inspections, commissioning activities, and service‑related assignments where applicable.
