With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and efficient delivery, the company leverages advanced building practices and lean methodologies to bring clients’ visions to life. They are currently seeking a Head of Architecture to lead the department.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with at least 5+ years of professional experience (Autodesk certification is a plus).
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams of architects.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Demonstrated ability and motivation to continuously learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Autodesk Certified Professional or Expert in Revit/BIM.
- Experience working on residential projects, particularly with wood framing.
- Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and codes.
- Knowledge of Passive House principles.
- Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies.
- Experience working with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs).
