Participate in pastry production from mise-en-place to finished goods, produced following recipe/formula specifications with strict adherence to quality standards, health codes, safety guidelines and productivity standards.

Uphold systems for proper chilling, recording in temperature log(s), and rotation of prepared pastry products according to predetermined schedule, company standards, procedures, and related follow-thru as instructed for proprietary large batch cooking.

Qualifications

• Observe all facility and company policies as listed in the New Seasons Market Staff Handbook.





- Observe all Central Kitchen policies as communicated.
- Promote safety in the work place.
- Observe sound conservation and recycling practices.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Maintain good working relationships with Central Kitchen staff members.
- Promote a collaborative team environment.
