Job Description
Corporación Prodel is looking for a Técnico Social to join the OPD MAKTUB program located in Antofagasta.
Responsibilities
Understand the protective work within the SENAME network.
Work within a network environment.
Experience managing the SENAINFO platform.
Experience working with NNA and their responsible adults.
Advanced user computational skills.
Reception and assistance of OPD users.
Telephone support and correspondence receipt.
Update interventions on the SENAINFO platform.
Assist with long‐stay discharge requests for cases on the SENAINFO platform.
Review causes on the SITFA platform of Family Courts.
Administrative support in the intersectorial area.
Support the protection area by archiving and safeguarding information.
Requirements
Bachelor's or equivalent in Social Sciences (Técnicos en área Social).
Experience as outlined in Responsibilities.
Salary
Gross salary: $814,400 + $35,000 mobilization.
