Job Description, Responsibilities And Duties

- Monitoring and analyzing customer complaints + defining measures to resolve them.
- Quality support for process and product development, assessing high-risk manufacturing processes, creating and updating quality management documentation.
- Resolving complaints and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
- Analyzing KPIs, reporting.
- Measuring parts using assigned measuring instruments, handling materials.
- Conducting FMEA analyses.
- Collaborating on quality improvement, 5S.
- Introduction of new products.
- Collaborating with the Production, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D;, and Planning departments.
- Coordination, reporting, participation in internal and external audits, participation in Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) meetings, business trips, and assistance with inventory counts.
- Proposing improvements to processes and work procedures.
