The COO ensures efficient execution of strategy, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‐performance culture across all departments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & ManagementDirect and control daily activities across Operations, HR, IT, and core business functions.Design and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows for maximum efficiency.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance and continuity.Strategic Planning & ExecutionTranslate the CEO‐vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.Establish, track, and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure supporting sustainable growth.Financial & Resource StewardshipCollaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.Allocate internal resources effectively to support strategic projects and operations.Talent & Culture DevelopmentMentor department heads and senior leadership,
