Lead and manage the Project Services function for Chile and Peru integrated operation (or assigned geography/business unit), ensuring excellence in Project Controls, Estimating, and Document Control across proposals and project execution.



The role is accountable for functional governance, resource capability, project delivery support, forecasting accuracy, estimating quality, document management compliance, and continuous improvement.

The Services Manager acts as the functional leader for Project Controls, Estimating, and Document Control personnel while partnering with Operations, Project Managers, and Commercial teams to achieve safe, predictable, and profitable project delivery.

Functional Leadership

Lead the Project Services organization, including Project Controls, Estimating, and Document Control teams.

Develop capability, succession plans, and competency improvement programs.

Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, accuracy, collaboration, and customer service.

Manage recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
