OverviewConsultant - Manufacturing & Supply ChainJoin to apply for the Consultant - Manufacturing & Supply Chain role at McKinsey & Company.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Your Responsibilities and What You Will DoYou will play an active role in problem solving for clients including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.
As part of the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will work on client engagements in the same way as any other McKinsey consultant.
You will gain leading edge operations and consulting skills primarily through on-the-job coaching complemented by the OEP's structured capability-building program.During your first years, you will serve as a junior practice specialist on multiple client engagements, working with colleagues and clients across industries and operations service lines.
You will acquire knowledge and expertise to help companies achieve excellence in their operations.
You will engage with clients to create new strategies across a wide platform of projects, from automation to mine optimization to predictive maintenance and more, expanding analytics capabilities and helping architect new strategies within a dynamic organization.
Upon completion of the program, successful consultants will join McKinsey's general group of experts in operational excellence.
You will be based in our Santiago office as part of our Operations team.Our Operations practice assists clients in solving complex operational challenges, blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, and developing and implementing operational strategies to address critical problems.Your Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree ideally in engineering,
