Responsabilidades Clave
- Liderar técnicamente al equipo y definir arquitectura, patrones y estÃndares.
- Desarrollar componentes crÃticos y resolver desafÃos técnicos complejos.
- Actuar como focal point técnico frente a stakeholders del cliente.
- Reportar avances, riesgos y coordinar con PM, CTO y CoE AI.
- Contribuir a la formación interna, mejores prÃcticas y pre-venta técnica.
- Participar en discovery y diseño de soluciones de IA generativa

Requirements

Requerimientos:

Obligatorias
- Python backend (3+ años)
- Java Spring Boot (3+ años)
- APIs REST y arquitecturas distribuidas (3+ años)
- Angular 2+ (3+ años)
- PostgreSQL en producción (3+ años)
- Prompt Engineering aplicado
- Experiencia en RAG, agentes y functio
