Role Description The Sales Manager role at Corcoran y Cia SPA is a full-time, on-site position based in Punta Arenas. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and coach the sales team, and ensure that individual and team targets are met. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics and managing key client relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to align sales initiatives, conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities, and representing the company in client meetings and local industry events. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting results to leadership, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
