About The Role

As a Field Services Audio Visual Technician, you will make an impact by ensuring the reliability, performance, and user experience of workplace technology and audio visual environments. You will be a valued member of the Field Services team and work collaboratively with end users, IT support teams, workplace technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver seamless collaboration experiences.

In This Role, You Will

Support, maintain, and troubleshoot audio visual technologies, video conferencing solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conference room collaboration systems.
Provide technical support for executive meetings, business presentations, town halls, live events, and hybrid collaboration environments.
Deliver onsite desktop and end-user support, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
Coordinate device deployments, technology refreshes, workstation setups, and onboarding activities to ensure user readiness.




Manage incidents and service requests through established ITSM processes while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service-level commitments.

Work model

Tthis is an onsite position requiring attendance at a client or Cognizant office in Bogotá, Colombia.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

4+ years of experience supporting audio visual technologies, workplace technology services, or IT field services environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, conference room technology, cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
Experience providing desktop support for Windows and macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
Strong knowledge of IT
