? Your Role

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the company's accounting operations across residential, commercial, and federally funded roofing and construction projects. You will oversee accounting workflows, ensure compliance with U.S. standards, and deliver financial insights that help leadership make sound decisions. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage job costing, implement tools, and optimize accounting processes in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include





Managing the full accounting cycle for the company's roofing and construction operations, including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Applying job costing and work-in-progress (WIP) principles to track project profitability across multiple active jobs simultaneously.
Supporting percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and progress billing across residential, commercial, and federal projects.
Making sound financial judgments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Integrating and optimizing external applications with QuickBooks Online to streamline accounting operations.
Overseeing accounts payable/receivable, expense management, subcontractor payments, and vendor/client interactions.
