Design data architecture that reaches beyond Chile, without ever leaving Chile
At Integratz you won't be maintaining another internal dashboard that nobody opens. You'll define how enterprise clients, some of them based in the US, modernize their entire data estate on Microsoft Fabric. Your architecture decisions will end up in board level reporting, AI readiness roadmaps, and governance frameworks used across several companies, not just one.
You also won't be starting from a blank page every time. You'll take ownership of our own architecture method, a medallion architecture pattern and a pod based operating model that we've already refined across real client engagements, so you build on something proven instead of reinventing it project after project.
What the role actually involves
Defining Fabric first analytics architectures: OneLake strategy, Lakehouse and Warehouse patterns, workspace structure, domains, and data product design.
Setting the standard for Power BI at scale, including semantic models, certified datasets, deployment pipelines, and performance.




Building governance models in Microsoft Purview (data catalog, lineage, glossary, classification, stewardship) that teams actually use, not just documentation nobody reads.
Leading architecture workshops and steering committee conversations directly with client executives. Your voice in the room, not just your diagrams on a slide.
Mentoring engineers and BI developers and helping shape the standards the whole practice relies on.
What you bring
At least 8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or enterprise data platforms, with 3 or more of those years specifically in a data architecture or technical lead role.
Real hands on experience with Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory. We mean you've actually built something in it, not just read about it.
Strong knowledge of Power BI architecture, semantic modeling, governance, and the deployment lifecycle.
