Schedule: Fri-Mon 8:30 am to 5:00 am PST. Break 1:00 pm a 1:30 pm PST (Los Angeles Time).

Hourly Rate: USD$5.00 to USD$6.50 (depending on experience).

About the Position.

We are looking for an organized and professional Sales executive to increase sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and presenting The Spanish Group's products and services to potential customers. The role requires the individual to support potential customers while providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.





This is an opportunity to work remotely up to 8 hours per day + lunch break (full-time). You must have a computer, high speed internet and an area to work free of background noise.

Responsibilities.
- Familiarize with current information about services available for customers.
- Answer calls and provide support to both prospective and existing customers.
- Responsible inbound calls, outbound calls, missed calls and mails from leads or customers.
- Conduct sales calls to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's products and services.
- Following up with leads on any outstanding quotes to provide support and close a sale.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
