Position Description

Responsibilities
- Lead the project team to align resources and schedules, ensuring project goals are met
- Develop the project's technical scope based on client needs and develop solutions with the internal engineering teams
- Procurement: Negotiate, contract, and manage suppliers for materials and services
- Monitor project progress, safety, and compliance on-site to validate results
- Control project schedules, risks, and budgets
- Communicate project progress with stakeholders, including through reports
- Be present on site during the project execution to ensure projects are advancing properly. Delegating to the operating team thereafter.
- Manage the annual O&M; budget, controlling costs of spare parts, chemicals, and energy
- Monitor key performance indicators (water production, permeate quality, solar plant Performance Ratio).
- Ensure asset longevity (membranes, structures, transformers) through rigorous technical management
- Expected to start very hands-on for the first projects and as we expand to more projects move more toward project management.





Education and Experience Requirements
- Professional degree: Electrical, civil or industrial Engineer, or relevant experience
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction or energy project management, with at least 3 years specifically in the photovoltaic sector and field experience
- Marine and/or coastal construction experience is a plus
- Desirable certifications (not required):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Sanitary Resolution permitting for drinking water
- Languages: Intermediate-advanced English, Spanish, French (desirable, not required)

Technical Competencies
- Chilean regulations: Knowledge of Law 21.118 (Net Billing), TE4, and DS 88 (for PMGD)
- Simulation software: Proficiency with PVSyst, Helioscope, or PVSol to validate generation projections
- Field skills: Knowledge of mechanical assembly, support structures, and electrical conduits per Electrical Standard 4/200
