As a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist, you will shape and lead long-term organic growth and conversion strategies for a portfolio of established B2B brands. You’ll combine technical SEO, content strategy, generative engine optimization (GEO), and conversion optimization to create measurable business impact. Working within a collaborative squad of project managers, writers, developers, designers, and analytics specialists, you’ll turn strategic ideas into effective execution. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping stakeholders understand complex opportunities and confidently invest in your recommendations. Data will play a central role in your work, from measuring performance to designing and evaluating experiments. Accountabilities




Lead SEO, GEO, and CRO strategy for a portfolio of up to six mid-market B2B brands, taking ownership of their long-term organic growth and conversion vision.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, building strong relationships and confidently communicating recommendations to executives, specialists, and other stakeholders.
Develop holistic, business-focused content and optimization strategies designed around measurable goals and meaningful commercial outcomes.
Lead technical SEO initiatives including audits, site architecture improvements, experimentation, and other opportunities to strengthen search visibility.
Develop creative SEO strategies covering keyword research, content planning, link-worthy assets, and broader organic growth opportunities.
Design and guide conversion optimization initiatives, using experimentation, analytics, and customer insights to improve website performance
