MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in program management or project management.
* Experience in the data center, mission critical design concepts, and
international environmental regulations.

* Experience in policy analysis, policy development, policy implementation, or
legal documentation.

* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with
stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience communicating with government authorities regarding EHS issues.
* Excellent collaboration, project management, data quality troubleshooting,
problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders
to deliver successful business, operational, and technical improvements
within the EHS domain.
* Must be registered in the Registro Nacional de Expertos en Prevención de
Riesgos via the SEREMI de Salud as an Experto Competente or Experto Técnico
(under DS 40)



with a valid credential to legally authorize safety documents
such as the Reglamento Interno de Orden, Higiene y Seguridad (RIOHS) and
incident reports under DS 44.
