This position is primarily responsible for inventory management of spare parts, purchasing processes, materials master, and coordinating with HQ for proper supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyses of spare parts purchases to meet estimated forecast.
- Update and weekly purchase analyses to avoid stockouts.
- Manage emergency purchases and potential dismantling if needed.
- Perform inbound processing of spare parts arriving at the warehouse in our systems.
- Adjust spare parts inventories.
- Administrative support in managing supplier payments and import VAT.
- Coordinate with the spare parts warehouse supplier on shipment arrivals and imports depending on type.
- Management of the Spare Parts Material Master.
- Management of suggested sales prices, entering them into the system and calculating according to policies.
Requirements
Education:
- Preferably from the following fields of study:
Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Technician, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 of
experience in purchasing vehicle parts processes is required
, both nationally and internationally, including negotiating with suppliers, managing imports, controlling inventory, and analyzing associated costs.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in inventory management involving thousands of SKUs simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of import processes and local customs regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced English (required for HQ communication).
