? The Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with commercial and major enterprise customers by demonstrating the immense value of our digital operations platform. By blending deep technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and exceptional communication,



you will help customers solve critical workflow challenges and drive digital transformation.

⚙️ What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth technical sales discovery sessions to assess customer pain points, business goals, and existing workflows.
- Deliver tailored, custom demonstrations highlighting how the platform solves specific business challenges and drives operational efficiency.
- Lead Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements that validate business impact through hands-on customer trials and real-world use cases.
- Document and analyze current state customer architectures to map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Bridge technical and business conversations effortlessly, making complex concepts highly accessible to audiences ranging from DevOps engineers to senior executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to drive customer success and support the commercial sales cycle.
