Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Education Sciences, Educational Management, Curriculum Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a specialized discipline with proven postgraduate training in educational leadership is required. Professional teaching license or official accreditation in education is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in the education sector; proven track record in academic coordination, educational management, curriculum development, or pedagogical leadership; prior experience leading innovation projects, implementing new teaching models, or managing educational teams in training centers, institutes, or higher education institutions is essential.
