Xiaofeng Dianwan SpA, based in the vibrant port city of Valparaíso, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the daily accounting operations, ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, assist in preparing financial reports, and comply with Chilean tax and accounting regulations. You will work closely with senior finance staff to maintain organized financial records, process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, and contribute to the smooth and reliable financial management of the company. Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration with major in Accounting, or related field; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, Chilean tax laws, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards.



Familiarity with SII (Internal Revenue Service) requirements is a strong advantage.
- Experience: 0–2 years of practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration; relevant internship experience is acceptable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data management)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SIIGO, Aplica, or similar Chilean accounting systems)
- Basic knowledge of financial documentation, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication in Spanish; basic English is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions
- Honest, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally
