About the Role

Shinei Systems is seeking an experienced Budget and Control Analyst to support and strengthen the company’s financial reporting, performance analysis, and budget control processes.

This is a senior-level position with managerial responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in consolidating and analyzing financial information, identifying variances between actual results and forecasts, preparing management reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, financially oriented, and comfortable working with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and present periodic financial reports for management.
- Analyze income statements, revenues, costs, expenses, and key financial indicators.
- Identify and explain variances between presente results, budgets, forecasts, and historical performance.
- Prepare variance analyses and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor budget performance across departments and business units.




- Participate in the preparation and updating of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business scenarios.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate the collection and validation of financial and operational information across departments.
- Support monthly closing processes and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reported information.
- Develop, monitor, and report financial and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting processes, and data automation.
- Provide guidance and oversight to analysts or team members involved in financial reporting and management control activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to improve financial visibility and performance.
