Aminatc Chile, a distinguished healthcare institution committed to safe, compassionate, and high-standard patient care, is seeking an experienced, ethical, and visionary Medical & Healthcare Quality Director to lead our clinical services and quality assurance framework. In this critical executive role, you will oversee all medical practice, clinical governance, patient safety protocols, and continuous quality improvement initiatives across our operations. You will ensure strict adherence to Chilean health regulations, clinical best practices, ethical standards, and national healthcare quality benchmarks, while driving the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes. You will lead and develop the medical and clinical teams, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and ongoing learning, and align clinical performance with the institution’s mission to provide reliable, accessible, and excellence-driven healthcare. Required Qualifications
- Education: Medical Degree (MD) or Professional Medical License valid and registered with the Chilean Medical Association/authorities; postgraduate specialization in Clinical Management, Healthcare Quality & Safety, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or a related medical discipline is mandatory. Master’s or Doctorate in Health Management or Healthcare Administration is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience; proven track record in medical management, clinical direction, healthcare quality assurance, or hospital/health service leadership; direct experience designing quality management systems, leading clinical audits, managing medical teams, and implementing patient safety programs in Chilean healthcare settings is essential.
- Core Knowledge: Comprehensive command of Chilean Ministry
