Job Summary

As a Project Manager Customer Delivery, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, adhering to FLSmidth project management methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, including internal resources and external contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with customers, providing status updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.




- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed-upon budget and schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns or delays.
- Conduct regular project reviews, both internally and with customers, to assess performance and gather feedback.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and close‑out reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within project management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the heavy industrial, mining, or capital equipment sector.
