NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to assist with planning, organising and controlling all catering department activities. This 35-hour role involves diverse shifts, including weekends, and requires leading a team of around 25 staff to deliver patient meals and manage public dining areas.
Applicants should have 1–2 years’ experience in a busy catering environment, be numerate and literate, and be familiar with Health & Safety, COSHH, and HR policies.
