Your Role at Convertico

As a Junior Media Buyer,



you will work directly under our Senior Strategists to manage and scale real-world budgets:
- Campaign Support: Launching and monitoring ads across Meta and Google, ensuring all settings are precise.
- Performance Tracking: Daily check-ins on key accounts to ensure spend is on track and KPIs are being met.
- Creative Coordination: Helping brief the creative team on what's working and what needs to be tested next.
- Data Organization: Assisting in the creation of performance reports that highlight revenue growth, not just clicks.
- Platform Mastery: Spending your time in the trenches of Ads Manager, learning the advanced scaling tactics that drive our "Quantum Growth Model."
- Proactive Communication: Maintaining a gold standard of client interaction—providing crystal-clear updates and managing expectations with speed, poise, and professional "top-of-mind" service.
