Chile’s Drive the Future Program is designed to strengthen JPMorganChase’s early-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.

In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period,



with the possibility of extension up to 18 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago de Chile only.

In this opportunity the Finance Legal Entity Controllers team is looking a new team member. You will have the opportunity to develop professional skills through various trainings and coaching and you will support the team on Chilean entities (4) financial statements, capital adequacy, liquidity, credit and market risk controls and regulatory reporting related to all these topics, helping to ensure that accounting and regulatory reports are in compliance with local and corporate requirements.
