EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of General Manager. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the General Manager must be passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. As General Manager, you will work to improve sales, overall processes, and develop a team of leaders to do the same. You and your team will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success. An adecuado candidate must have a passion for fitness,

- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members, including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants.
- Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Set and achieve membership and revenue goals, track KPIs, and develop strategies to increase membership retention and new sign-ups.
