EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of Fitness Manager. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales and helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, the Fitness Manager will spend time in the club working on the floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with the members while selling training packages and developing their team of personal trainers to do the same. The Fitness Manager must have a passion for fitness,



demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results, and motivating clients.

Position Purpose

Build a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, ensure they have a healthy pipeline of clients, and that those clients and other members are receiving exceptional fitness experience.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets month-over-month, driving membership growth, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for new personal training agreements, client retention, and overall revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding, driving sales initiatives, and establishing a smooth transition into the club experience.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members, including Personal Training Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers.
- Manage the payroll process for Assistant Fitness Managers and person
