The Opportunity
Role

We're seeking our Country Manager - Hub Andes (Chile, Perú, Ecuador), based in Santiago de Chile, to join Felipe's team in LATAM. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive the development of the local markets by implementing effective commercial strategies to increase market share.
- To oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of teams, partners, and resources. Managing multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, sales, logistics, warehouse, trade operations, marketing, and administration, ensuring organizational effectiveness, talent development,



and execution of corporate objectives.
- Acting as the company’s ambassador, they build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the brand's reputation.
- The Country Manager -Hub Andes aligns local activities with global objectives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in the target market.

Key Responsibilities
As the primary representative of Fonroche Lighting - Hub Andes, the Country Manager acts as a key liaison between the Chilean organization (Chile, Peru and Ecuador) and the French Headquarters, ensuring effective communication, implementation of corporate processes, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives.
