About This Role:
We are hiring an eCommerce Specialist for a fast-growing equipment brand selling through Shopify and Amazon. You will manage product pages, listings, bundles, website updates, product data, and catalog accuracy across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, bundles, and website content across US and EU storefronts.
- Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and merchandising updates.
- Review product details, pricing, images, links, inventory information, and page functionality before publishing.
- Create and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variations, and A+ Content.
- Identify and resolve missing, incorrect, suppressed,



or broken Amazon listings.
- Open and follow up on Amazon support cases until issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate and consistent product information across Shopify, Amazon, Catsy, and other internal systems.
- Set up A/B tests based on team instructions, complete quality checks, launch tests, and organize results.
- Use spreadsheets, Shopify reports, Google Analytics, and basic eCommerce data for catalog work and reporting.
- Coordinate with eCommerce, operations, creative, agency, and other team members to complete projects accurately and on time.
