Descripción del trabajo - Agreement Coordinator II

Are you ready to lead complex service agreements that keep customer operations moving? Join as an Agreement Coordinator and take ownership of Service Agreement delivery from setup through execution, reporting, and warranty coordination. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver maintenance, shutdown, spare part , and performance services according to the agreed scope. You will also help build customer relationships, support renewals and new agreements, and develop LifeCycle Services by anticipating current and future plant needs.

Your responsibilities
- You will establish Service Agreement delivery according to the agreed Agreement process and ensure the scope is executed as planned.
- You will lead, manage, and coordinate assigned resources to deliver maintenance, shutdown, spare part , and performance services for customers.




- You will communicate with customers and internal teams to keep Agreement delivery clear, aligned, and moving forward.
- You will manage plant development and LifeCycle Services by taking a proactive approach to customers’ current and future needs.
- You will support customer business development by promoting renewals, new agreements, spin-off sales, reference materials with Marketing, reporting, and warranty projects according to scope and process.

Expectations for you
- You are a chemical, mechanical, electrical, civil engineer, or similar, with more than 7 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper business or other relevant industries.
- You have fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- You have Microsoft Office skills; additional software knowledge is considered an added value.
- You are available to travel more than 75% of the time to customers and across borders.
