What you'll do

- Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of Cabify at the airport, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.
- Provide guidance to users regarding routes, pricing, schedules, and any ongoing promotions to enhance their travel experience.




- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues at the service counter with empathy, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities.
- Participate in daily cash reconciliation and manage assets effectively to uphold operational integrity and transparency.

Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, hospitality, or direct customer service.
