About the Role

ALTRAD RMD Kwikform is looking for a CAD / BIM Design Draftsperson to join our Engineering team based on Santiago, to work and collaborate with US Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical drawings and models for formwork, shoring, and temporary works solutions, working closely with engineers and project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop technical drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare drawings and documentation for formwork, shoring, and temporary works solutions.
- Support the Engineering team in the development of technical solutions.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate drawings and technical information with engineers and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Participate in the development and improvement of design and drafting processes.

Requirements

- Degree or technical qualification in Drafting / Technical Drawing, Civil Construction,



Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge in Revit and/or other CAD/BIM software.
- Basic knowledge of Statics, Mechanics, and Strength of Materials.
- Apply critical thinking when interpreting architectural and structural information, constructability, etc.
- English communication skills for collaborating with US Based design Engineers.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
