**Summary**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a set of project deliverables on-time, within budget expectations, and to the desired impact and results. Work with the project manager & other team members, participating in all aspects of the planning and implementation of relevant initiatives for the business. Own the execution of a project track or deliverables in your area of deep functional expertise.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- You will manage projects to support the delivery of HR Shared Services, including implementing new processes, improving and simplifying existing processes and tools as well as leading the payroll and benefits aspects of business transitions including acquisition integration, divestiture support, re-organizations and affiliate COE conversions.
- You will lead functional projects inclusive of defining milestones and activities required.
- Utilize functional knowledge of payroll, benefits and systems and analytical thinking to execute project work.
- Connect Subject Matter Experts across the People Ops organization to deliver on project deliverables.
- Elevate decisions for discussion and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function (eg. Pay/ benefits transitions, support for M&A; activity).
- Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and be able to construct and provide recommendations in HR Shared Service solutions.
- Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
**Required**:
- Based on a Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience you have gained a broad experience in HR Operations/Service Delivery in multi-national companies or large corporation roles
- Advanced experience in Human Resources & HR Operations Project Management
- Prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in regional HR, and/or HR Operations/Service-oriented environment
- This job may require occasional travel to other locations within the region.
