We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior SAP Basis Administrator to take ownership of architecting, managing, and optimizing the technical infrastructure of SAP systems.
The ideal candidate will lead efforts to ensure system stability, scalability, and high performance while driving strategic initiatives for improved operational efficiency.
This role requires collaborating across teams to resolve complex technical issues and align SAP environments with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign, review, and implement complex system architecture solutions, ensuring robust performance analysis and providing strategic oversight to eliminate process inefficienciesEnsure consistent delivery of services within SLAs and project milestones, while mentoring teams on adopting best practices and using advanced KPIs for continuous improvementProvide technical leadership in collaborations with functional, ABAP, and infrastructure teams, driving solutions for high-level system administration challengesPartner with SAP HANA application implementation teams to maintain sustainable support and optimize system performancePlan and oversee advanced SAP maintenance tasks and BASIS administration processes for SAP HANA, ensuring compliance with current industry standardsArchitect and implement upgrades, scaling strategies, and monitoring solutions for SAP HANA Databases across complex infrastructures, including scale-up and scale-out environmentsConfigure, manage, and enhance multi-tier HANA System Replication setups for enterprise-level high availability solutionsIdentify and resolve HANA memory bottlenecks while ensuring optimal workload distribution across SAP landscapesStrategize, validate,



and improve disaster recovery and business continuity plans to align with enterprise requirementsDesign and maintain advanced SAP SSO/SAML authentication architectures to strengthen security protocolsSupport intricate SAP environments, including specialized systems like SAP Bank Analyzer and BW HANA, ensuring peak operational efficiencyOversee CTS+ configurations for HANA transport, streamlining processes and improving system workflowsOptimize and maintain Solution Manager, enabling comprehensive monitoring of application servers, HDB systems, and OS layers at an advanced levelRequirements3+ years of proven experience in architecting and managing SAP systems, HANA databases, and complex integration interfacesExpertise in conducting high-impact analyses on application requirements, such as security, integration, scalability, and performance, mapping results to sophisticated technical architecturesProven experience in decision-making related to hardware, network designs, system software, and advanced security configurationsExtensive skills in automating processes within SAP environments, particularly on Cloud platforms including GCP,
