Accountabilities Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs Create, manage,



and optimize SEO‑friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and gated assets Build landing pages, CTAs, and sales collateral such as eBooks, infographics, and reports Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates Coordinate timelines and collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and other teams to ensure project success Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains quality standards, and meets deadlines Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track Requirements 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related fields Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences Experience with HubSpot, Figma, or similar marketing and design tools Understanding of SEO, content optimization, and marketing analytics
