We are currently looking for a Senior Instructional Designer in Chile.
This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative, story-driven digital learning experiences for adult professionals in a fast-scaling, global environment. You will design engaging, blended learning programs that combine eLearning, live sessions, and experiential activities. The position emphasizes creativity, experimentation, and the use of modern instructional design practices. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex knowledge into clear, impactful learning journeys. A strong focus is placed on leveraging generative AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance learning effectiveness. This is a highly collaborative role within a dynamic L&D; team that values innovation, speed, and learner-centric design.
Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning solutions that align with business goals and learner needs:





Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives and create structured instructional programs
Design and develop blended learning solutions including eLearning modules, self-paced content, virtual sessions, and on-the-job learning activities
Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies to ensure engagement and retention
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and instructional quality across all learning materials and delivery formats
Leverage generative AI tools, including building and configuring custom GPT-based solutions to enhance learning experiences
Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives

Requirements
The adecuado candidate brings strong instructional design expertise combined with curiosity for AI-driven learning innovation.

Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training
