As a Sr Manager Business Unit, you will directly report to the country MD/GM and functionally to the corresponding LA Vice President.
The position is accountable for the sales, product, channel advertising and communication strategies as well as the teams and processes to achieve revenue/EBIT/units goals.
What You'll Do
Ensures that volume/mix/profit targets are achieved.
Leads the sales and Marketing teams, following policies and procedures to achieve the expected results.
Manages the Business Unit P&L; (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) to ensure a profitable operation considering market back prices, and taking actions on cost variations.
Develops and execute short to mid-term (1-3 years) sales, channel, price, portfolio and communication strategies and plans, aligned with the country objectives and reginal strategies, that drives desired business results.
Establishes and implements sales, channel, price, portfolio and communication strategies that have short to mid-term (3-5 years)



impact on business results in alignment with country objectives and regional strategies.
Engage country back office team (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Marketing...) to ensure compliance and adherence to the plan.
Develop the Sales & Marketing Team to assure that talent is motivated.
What We're Looking For
Bachelors in business and/or Marketing
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership position in sales and marketing business, fleet, retail or auto-parts business.
Experience interacting with dealer networks, as well as interacting with direct clients, participation in bids, private and governmental.
Experience with P&L; Management in operational business organizations, with heavy S&OP; process, considering imported products, manufacturing planning and supply chain.
