Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Americas, key responsibilities will include:
Develop a high performing sales team through mentorship, performance planning and ongoing coaching
Identify and develop strategically beneficial relationships with key clients, partners and industries
Contribute to the development, implementation and achievement of sales plans and budgets
Build and grow pipeline to meet quarterly targets
Represent Micromine at industry events
The Successful Applicant
Have a proven background in SaaS sales and strong leadership experience.
Key skills, experience,



and qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading high performing sales teams
Strong history of B2B sales, driving net new business
Experience selling software / SaaS solutions
Experience selling in the mining industry, or similar (oil & gas, engineering etc.)
Experience leading teams across countries/time zones
Strong prospecting and qualification skills
Experience with enterprise clients
Familiarity with managing sales activity via a CRM platform
Open to travel, including to mine sites
Fluent in English and Spanish
