Your Role

We are seeking a motivated EHS Specialist that can facilitate the integration process of the EssilorLuxottica Group EHS management systems in the Barberini GmbH plant and implement the EssilorLuxottica Group EHS guidelines and directives in the Barberini GmbH plant, in line with what has been agreed with the relevant EHS Manager.

Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and report EHS performance using EssilorLuxottica management systems, including injuries, near misses, first aid cases, and unsafe actions/conditions.
- Maintain and continuously update general and specific risk assessments in compliance with local legislation.
- Participate in root cause analyses (5W) related to incidents, near misses, and first aid cases.
